Individuals who are underinsured or ineligible for the Oregon Health Plan and have a low income, and have treatment needs that cannot be addressed by other community resources, may qualify for free or reduced cost substance use treatment services funded by the County. There are some eligibility requirements and service availability may vary. For more information call Washington County Behavioral Health at 503-846-4528.
Substance use disorder treatment is often covered by insurance and Medicaid. If you have commercial insurance, please contact your carrier and ask for a list of in-network providers. You can usually find a phone number for member services on the back of your insurance card. For individuals who are on the Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid), your Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) can assist you with connecting to a provider for treatment. Call your CCO directly or visit our OHP page for more information.
