Hours and Contact Information
Notice: Washington County Animal Services and the Bonnie Hays Animal Shelter continue to offer critical services to the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our shelter remains open for essential services such as reuniting pets with their owners and providing care for stray animals.
We encourage the public to use our online services or to call us for assistance whenever possible, only coming to the shelter in person if absolutely necessary.
Our current hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Please note that we will be closed to the public on Monday, January 18th in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Pet Adoption Hours: Suspended until further notice, but all of our available animals are being transferred to our shelter partners to find great new homes!
