Regulations & Reference Documents
Washington County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is responsible for the regulation of ambulance and wheelchair car services in Washington County. This authority is granted in Oregon Revised Statute 682, which authorizes counties to regulate ambulance services within their boundaries.
