Culturally Specific Services
Washington County strives to offer care in a person’s native language whenever possible. Emphasis is placed on treatment of trauma-related mental health disorders for those individuals who have experienced persecution, forced relocation, genocide and other atrocities commonly associated with war. Services are also available for individuals who have other significant mental health disorders and speak languages other than English. Care may include any combination of case management, medication, group therapy, individual therapy, service coordination and skills training.
Services may be accessed by calling the Washington County OHP Member Services Line at 503-291-1155 or by calling the service provider directly.
If you are on the Oregon Health Plan, other service providers may be available. Please contact your Coordinated Care Organization or visit our OHP page.
