Wondering where a project is in the queue? View the plat queue report

All Plat submittals must include:

  • Fees and Deposits - Fee Schedule
  • 10 sets - signed paper copies
  • Vesting and Surrounding deeds
  • All additional deed and easement documents referenced on the plat 
  • Current title report and copies of exceptions
  • A Cartography fee may be required. 
  • Prepayment of property taxes to Assessment & Taxation may be required
