Please use online servicesWashington County Department of Land Use & Transportation continues to provide most services remotely - online, by phone or via U.S. Mail.

Though our lobbies are open (see hours/locations below) we urge all customers to continue to conduct business remotely whenever possible to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We encourage those who need in-person services to consider calling ahead.

Customers entering lobbies will be asked to provide their contact information for contact-tracing purposes. Customers will be required to wear a facial covering (mask), practice physical distancing (at least six feet of separation) and adhere to occupancy limits.

Administrative Services (located in the Public Service Building) coordinates the Department of Land Use & Transportation's payroll, budget, preparations for emergencies and provisions for the safety of employees. It is the liaison with Human Resources and Information Technology Systems.
