The project will fill a sidewalk gap on the north side of Springville Road, between the Portland Community College Rock Creek Campus and Samuel Drive. 

Funding Information

The cost is estimated at $722,000, including design and construction, and is funded through the Urban Road Maintenance District (URMD).
