Oregon law requires state and local law enforcement agencies to report crime-related statistics each year for purposes of the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting System (ORS 181A.225). The FBI establishes the national standards for reporting criteria and fields used by local agencies. The FBI Uniform Crime Reports provide a wide range of crime-related statistics from across the country for trending and research by public agencies, non-profit organizations, universities, and more.
You can search the website for a myriad of national, state, and agency level crime data from across the country.
